摘要
应用激光束对磨辊表面进行淬火处理 ,提高磨辊表面硬度 ,增强磨辊的抗磨损性能 ,从而达到延寿的目的。实验结果表明 ,激光淬火工艺中 ,淬硬层的最大峰值硬度可达 68HRC ,最大淬硬层厚度可达880 μm。此外 ,结果还表明激光功率与淬硬层厚度成线性增长 ,而扫描速度与峰值硬度成线性负增长关系。
In this paper, the surface of the ore milling roller was quenched by the laser, so that increase its surface rigidity and improve its antiwear properties, and prolong its life. As a results, the most peak value of the laser quenching layer was 68HRC, and the most thickness of the quenching layer was 880 μm. Moreover, it showed that the linearity rising relations were existed between the laser power and the thickness of hardening layer, and the linearity negative rising relations between the scanning velocity and peak rigidity.
