摘要
研究 3Cr- Ti- V合金铸铁表面激光淬火工艺规范与表层、次表层组织性能关系 ,结果表明 :采用规范编号为 2、3、10、15、16五种工艺进行淬火强化处理 ,可以得到较厚的白亮层组织。并就这种工艺处理后的组织为对象 ,进行对比研究 ,认为工艺规范编号为 2的处理方式为优。
s:A research is made on relation between the techno logy of laser surface hardening for Cr Ti V alloy cast iron and organic properties of the surface and second surface hardened by laser quenching. The results show that thicker white layers are achieved by using technologies coded as No.2,3,12,15 and 16 and No.2 is the best one.
