摘要
针对XJOC - 2型中凸变椭圆活塞数控加工系统 ,通过理论分析建立了其动力学模型 ,通过激振实验研究了其动态特性及其对轮廓加工误差的影响 ,并提出了相应的改进措施及补偿策略 ,从而保证了系统良好的加工性能 ,最后针对典型活塞进行了实际切削实验 。
Piston with a mid-convex contour and variable-ellipticity cross-sections can be machined through high-frequency dynamicturning.In this paper,based on XJOC-2 piston NC Machine Tool,the kinetic model is established by theoretical analysis.The dynamics and its influence factors to the contouring errors are studied by dynamic excitation trials.Then some improving measures and compensation strategies are suggested to assure machining performance of XJOC-2 piston NC Machine Tool.It is shown,by experiments of typical piston,that these methods can reduce the contouring error effectively.
