摘要
研究和确立了热作模具钢 4Cr5MoSiV1的真空热处理及气体氮碳共渗工艺 ,从而提高了其推杆 (EPN)的热疲劳强度、屈服点、断裂韧度和耐热磨损性 。
The vaccum heat treatment and gas nitrocarburizing technology for hot working dies made of 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel was studied.Hot fatigue strength,yield strength,fracture toughness and hot wearability of EPN was improved.It brought the technology characteristic and superiority of vacuum hear treatment and gas nitrocarburizing technology into full play.
