钛对Cr—Ni—W—Mo系耐热铸钢热疲劳强度的影响

摘要 本文目的是在Cr-Ni-W-Mo系耐热铸钢中加钛,研究其对钢的热疲劳强度的影响,试验结果表明:铸态Cr-Ni-W-Mo系耐热铸钢的热疲劳强度随钛含量增加而提高,但当含钛量过高(如0.77%Ti)热疲劳强度反而降低。在时效态钢中随含钛的增加,热疲劳强度是提高的。 In this paper, the effect of titanium on thermal fatigue strength of Cr-Ni-W-Mo heat resistant steel was investigated. The following results are obtained. (1) The thermal fatigue strength of the heat resistant steel was improved by small addition of titanium, but the addition in excess quantity (for example 0.97 Ti%) reduced the thermal fatigue strength. (2) After ageing at 850℃, the thermal fatigue strength of this steel was improved as titanium content increased.
