摘要
对压铸态 2 0 % (体积分数 )SiCw/ 6 0 6 1Al复合材料进行了低温处理 ,研究了低温处理前后复合材料声学特性及显微组织的变化 ,揭示出低温处理对复合材料弹性模量的影响。结果表明 ,低温处理可造成复合材料超声波声速及超声波衰减系数增大 。
WT5”BZ]The 20%(vo1)SiCw/6061Al composite was treated by low temperature process.The change of ultrasonic characteristic and microstructure of composite were studied before and after low temperature treatment,meanwhile the effect of low temperature treatment on elastic modulus of composite was revealed.The results show that after low temperature treatment,the ultrasonic velocity and attenuation factor of composite was increased,and the elastic modulus of composite was improved.
