摘要
试验研究了 6种配方的热处理保护涂料 ,比较分析了它们的保护效果及其产生的原因。结果表明 ,由H3 BO3 和化合物A组成的保护涂料在 110 0℃的热处理条件下仍然能保持良好的保护效果 ,是一种较理想的高温型热处理保护涂料。同时指出 ,活性成膜物和对粘态膜起“钉扎”作用的高熔点物是高温热处理保护涂料的必备成分。
Six kinds of heat treatment protective coatings have been investigated.The difference of their protective effect has been compared and analyzed.The results show that the protective coating consisting of H 3BO 3 and compound A has good protective effect even when the heat treatment temperature is 1100℃.Furthermore,it can be concluded that an active viscid membrane and a high melting point constituent which can fix viscid membrane are the essential constituent for high temperature heat treatment protective coatings.
