摘要
为了防止钢铁材料热处理时的氧化和脱碳,研制了一种SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2-Cr2O3体系的高温防氧化脱碳保护涂料。通过氧化失重对比试验和金相检验的方法,考察了该涂料的防氧化脱碳性能。结果表明,该涂料能有效地防止钢铁材料在860~1020℃下的氧化脱碳。水玻璃是制备该涂料良好的粘结剂,其加入量为35%时,该涂料的防护性能和冷却时的自剥性能良好。
A composite coating composed of SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2-Cr2O3 was developed as a protection coating to prevent high-temperature oxidation and decarbonization of steel during heat-treatment. Oxidation weight loss experiments and metallographic observations were used to evaluate the protection effectiveness of the coating. Results indicated that the composite coating had good protective effect in a temperature range of 860~1 020 ℃ for steel, well preventing oxidation and decarbonization of the steel thereat. Besides, water glass (sodium silicate) was an excellent binder for the composite coating, and the coating containing 35% of water glass showsed good protection effect for the steel and could be easily released from steel substrate as well.
