摘要
本文对卧式螺旋管内汽液两相泡状流动及其转变的特征进行了详细的试验研究,并以现象为根据建立了泡状流转变的通用模型和预报准则,试验数据与理论预报结果符合程度很好。模型考虑了重力和离心力联合作用下的机制,同时适用于直管及其它弯曲管道。
In this paper, an experimental and theoretical research on the two-phase bubbly flow and dispersed bubbly flow and their transitions characteristics is carried out in horizontal helically coiled tube. Based on the observed phenomena and physical concepts, a general mathematical model and criteria for the transitions from bubbly flow and dispersed bubbly flow is presented. From this model, the transition boundaries at the various local positions in horizontal helically coiled tube are predicted, It shows good agreement with experimental results.
