摘要
以空气和水为介质,在压力0.1~0.6MPa范围内对螺旋管内气—液两相流流型及其转换特性作了认真的试验研究。试验中采用压差波动法测定流型,通过详细分析整理大量试验数据,获得了不同流型下的压差波动信号,绘制了不同螺旋直径、不同螺旋升角下的流型图,并通过对试验数据计算、回归分析得到了三种主要流型的转换关系式,借助图形叠加技术,直观指出螺旋管螺旋直径、螺旋升角对流型转换的影响,在低温低压下,对工程实际具有指导意义。
In a range of 0.1~0.6MPa,the transition character of gas-liquid two phase flow pattern has been investigated with air and water.Undulant pressure difference has been adopted to determine flow pattern.From test data,flow pattern chart describing the effect of different helix diameter,helix up degree has been drawn and the transition formula of three main flow pattern has been obtained.With the help of graphic supperimpose,the investigation gives the effects of helix diameter and up degree upon flow pattern transition.It is meanful for indurstrial practice.
