摘要
目的 :评价国产卡马西平 (CBZ)在躁狂症临床治疗中的实用性。 方法 :对 2 3例符合 CCMD- 2 - R躁狂症诊断标准的患者进行研究 ,CBZ治疗剂量 0 .6～ 1.2 / d。以躁狂量表 (BRMS)、临床总体印象量表 (CGI)评定疗效和疗效指数 ,以不良反应症状量表 (TESS)评定副反应和安全性 ,以TESS总评 B项分评定痛苦程度和耐受性。 结果 :CBZ总有效率 6 4% ,显效率 5 6 %。副反应发生率84% ,有 3例出现严重不良反应退出。平均疗效指数 (1.0 4± 0 .5 6 )。总评 B项分接近 2分 ,呈中度痛苦 ,勉强耐受。 结论 :CBZ治疗躁狂症不失为一种有效药物 ,但临床实用性一般 ,不宜作为首选药物。
Objective:To evaluate the practicality of carbamazepine (CBZ) made in China in the treatment of mania. Method:Twenty three subjects met the CCMD 2 R criteria for mania were treated by CBZ with 0 6~1 2/d for 4~6 weeks. Bech Rafaelsen mania rating scale (BRMS) and clinical general image (CGI) were used to assess the clinical efficacy and efficacy indexes, and treatment emergent side effect scale (TESS) was used to assess the side effects and safety. Among them, B item of TESS was used to evaluate the patients' suffering level and toleration. Results:Among 23 subjects, 64% met the criteria of effective, 56% markedly improved. 3 patients were dropped out for sever side effects, and the occurrence rate of adverse effects was 84%. According to the total score of B items, the patients had moderate suffering level and common toleration. Conclusion:It suggests that CBZ is not suitable as the first line antimania agent, though it is effective.
