摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子的生物学作用及机制。方法 检索近年国内外相关文献进行分析。结果 血管内皮细胞生长因子被认为是最具特异性 ,是直接作用于血管内皮细胞促进血管形成的关键性因子 ,其主要生物学作用可概括为 :(1)增加血管内皮细胞的通透性 ;(2 )促进肿瘤血管生成 ;(3)促进血管内皮细胞的增殖 ;(4 )破坏血 -脑屏障等。结论 血管内皮细胞生长因子可作为抗血管生成的靶向 ,抑制或促进血管的生成 。
