摘要
目的评价硝苯地平控释片抗高血压治疗对高血压病患者生活质量的影响。方法 5 2例高血压病患者服用硝苯地平控释片 (拜耳公司提供 ,商品名“拜新同”) 4 8周 ,采用问答卷评价拜新同对患者生活质量的影响。结果拜新同治疗后降压显效率及总有效率分别为 70 .7%、92 .7%。生活质量评定显示 :躯体症状、生活能力、生活满意感、情绪状态、业余活动、认知功能均有明显改善 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。
Objective To evaluate the influences of nifedipine GITS (NGITS) therapy on life quality of hypertensives. Methods Fifty two cases of essential hypertension (EH) were treated with NGITS (Bayer company produced) for 48 weeks. The life quality was measured by questionaire. Results The marked effective rate and total effective rate were 70 7% and 92 7% respectively. After 48 weeks treatment, the result of life quality determination demonstrated that the physical symptoms, living capability, life satisfaction, emotional status, leisure activity and cognitive capability were obviously improved( P <0 05 or P <0 01). Conclusion In addition to lowering blood pressure, NGITS can improve the life quality of hypertensives.
