摘要
目的 观察硝苯地平控释片 (商品名拜新同 )伍用珍菊降压片治疗对一般治疗效果不佳的中青年舒张期高血压病的疗效。方法 38例中青年原发性舒张期高血压患者为观察对象 ,轻中度高血压 35例 ,3例为重度。拜新同 30mg 片 ,每日 1次晨服 ,珍菊降压片每日 3次 ,每次 1片。前 18例于就诊当时即予珍菊降压片一片 ,拜新同一片口服 ,2小时后再测血压 ,心率。前 18例及后 2 0例均在用药前 ,用药第 2、4周末测右臂坐位血压及心率 ,并观察症状改变情况。结果 本方法对均有高血压患者均有效 ,且高血压引发的症状好转 ,无明显不良反应。前 18例患者用药前的收缩压为 (140 8±11 4)mmHg ,用药 2小时为 (131 6± 7 6 )mmHg(P >0 0 5 )。舒张压为 (10 5 4± 6 5 )mmHg降至 (91 3±5 4)mmHg(P <0 0 5 )。 38例用药前收缩压为 (141 6± 11 6 )mmHg ,于第 2、4周末转为 (131 9± 7 8)mmHg、(131 4± 7 6 )mmHg(P >0 0 5 ) ,舒张压由原先的 (10 5 8± 6 6 )mmHg降至 (90 9± 5 6 )mmHg、(90 8± 5 6 )mmHg(P <0 0 5 )。结论 拜新同伍用珍菊降压片值得在“难治”的中青年舒张期高血压病人中验证。
Objective To observe the effect of Nifedipine with Zhenjujiangyapian on the middle aged and young people with diastolic hypertension who are not sensitive to the normal therapy Methods We observe 38 samples young or in middle age of primary diastolic hypertension 35 light or middle degree, 3 severe Nifedipine SR 30 mg/tab, patients took it every morning Zhenjujiangyapian three times a days, with one tab each time The first 18 samples were given Zhenjujiangyapian and Nifedipine SR just after they received treatment Two hours later, blood pressure and heart rate were tested Before all the patients took the medicine and the second、 the fourth weekend after they took it, their pressure and heart rate were observed separately, just the same as their symptoms Results It is effective to all the hypertension and improved the symptoms caused by hypertension, no side effects The systolic blood pressure of the 18 samples dropped two hours after using drugs form (140 08±11 4) to (131 6±7 6) mm?Hg ( P <0 05), meanwhile the diastolic from (105 4±6 5) mm?Hg to (91 3±5 4) mm?Hg ( P <0 05) 38 patients showed systolic pressure (141 6±11 6) mm?Hg and diastolic (105 8±6 6) mm?Hg before the therapy, after it, on the second and the fourth weekend, their systolic pressure dropped to (131 9±7 8) mm?Hg、 (131 4±7 6) mm?Hg ( P >0 05), the diastolic dropped to (90 9±5 6) mm?Hg、 (90 8±5 6) mm?Hg ( P <0 05) Conclusion It is worth to use both the Nifedipine SR and Zhenjujiangyapian on treating the diastolic hypertension who are young and middle aged and difficult to cure.
