摘要
目的 :研究小剂量顺铂化疗联合放疗对实验性人子宫颈癌传代细胞 (HeLa细胞 )的增效作用。方法 :将裸鼠分为空白对照、单纯放疗组、单纯化疗组和放疗加化疗 4组 ,分别观察各组肿瘤的生长情况 ,并绘制生长曲线。结果 :单纯放、化疗均可使HeLa细胞肿瘤生长受到抑制 ,药物加放疗组与其他两组差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。上述三组肿瘤生长抑制率分别为 69.4 8%、77.31%及 90 .2 4 %。结论 :小剂量顺铂可明显增加放疗的敏感性 。
Objective:To study low dose cisplatin with radiotherapy enhancing the experimental human cervical carcinoma passage cells(HeLa cells)radiosensivity.Methods:The nude mice were divided into four groups(control group,radiotherapy only,chemotherapy only,radiotherapy and chemotherapy)randomly.The size of tumors was measured separately,and tumor growth curves were drafted.Results:Radiotherapy only and chemotherapy can inhibite the growth of tumor. There were obvious differences about the tumor size between radiotherapy plus chemotherapy and other groups.The rates of tumor growth inhibition were 69.48%,77.31%,90.24% respectively. Conclusions:Low dose cisplatin can obviously enhance the sensitivity of radiotherapy.This provides theoretical basis for the clinical use of low dose cisplatin with radiotherapy.
