BSO对视网膜母细胞瘤GSH含量的影响及放射增敏作用研究 被引量:3

THE EFFECTS OF BSO ON GSH CONTENTS AND RADIOSENSITIVITY OF RETINOBLASTOMA CELLS

摘要 利用体外培养的视网膜母细胞瘤细胞株及裸小鼠移植瘤模型,研究了巯基修饰剂BSO(丁胱亚磺酰亚胺)对其GSH(谷胱甘肽)含量的影响以及BSO离体放射增敏作用。结果表明,无论是离体还是整体用药,BSO均能降低视网膜母细胞瘤的谷胱甘肽含量。离体状态下,BSO主要表现出乏氧增敏作用。 The radiobiological effects of thiol modifier BSO on retinoblastoma were studies using cultured retinoblasdtoma cell lines Y--79 and So--Rb 50 and retinoblastoma bearing nude mouse. The preliminary results shown that BSO can deplete intracellular GSH contents of retinoblastoma cells in vitro and vivo. In vitro data demonstrated that lowaand nontoxic concentration BSO increased the retinoblastoma cells radiosensitivity especially under the hypoxic condition.
