摘要
目的 :探讨视屏显示终端 (VDT)作业对育龄妇女外周血淋巴细胞及早孕绒毛组织DNA的影响。方法 :随机选择VDT作业及对照组的育龄妇女各 30例 ,对其外周血淋巴细胞分别按姐妹染色单体互换 (SCE)检测方法及微核检测方法进行培养、检测。分别记数SCE数及微核数 ;选择VDT作业及对照组的正常早期妊娠妇女各 2 0例 ,采用绒毛直接制备法对其绒毛细胞微核数进行检测分析。结果 :( 1)VDT作业妇女外周血淋巴细胞SCE发生率为 6.8917± 1.684 6/细胞 ,对照组为 6.4 650± 1.5194 /细胞 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5) ;( 2 )VDT作业妇女外周淋巴细胞微核率为 ( 4 .0 667± 0 .80 66)‰ ,与对照组的 ( 3.6833± 0 .82 51)‰相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;( 3)VDT作业孕妇绒毛微核率为 ( 1.0 50 4± 0 .62 62 )‰ ,高于对照组的 ( 0 .62 53± 0 .50 98) % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :VDT产生的电磁辐射对VDT操作者本身DNA的损伤不明显 ,但可能引起VDT作业妇女子代胚胎组织DNA的损伤。能否导致VDT作业妇女不良妊娠结局的发生率升高有待进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the effects of exposure to video display terminals (VDTs) on DNA in peripheral blood lymphocytes from women in early pregnancy. Methods: Peripheral blood lymphocytes from 30 women of childbearing age working with VDTs were cultured and conducted sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and micronucleus analysis. 20 women in early pregnancy using VDTs were randomly selected. Micronucleus analysis was carried out in these women's villous cells. Results: (1) There is no significant difference in incidence of SCE between study group and the control's (6.8917±1.6846 per cell vs 6.4650±1.5194 per cell) (P>0.05); (2)The expression *'*' of*'*' micronucleus *'*' in *'*' peripheral*'*' blood*'*' lymphocytes*'*' in*'*' study *'*'group*'*' was (4.0667± 0.8066)‰. It was(3.6833±0.8251)‰ in the control's. There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); (3) There was significant difference in expression of micronucleus in villous cells between study group and the control group [(1.0504±0.6262)‰ vs (0.6253±0.5098)‰] (P<0.05). Conclusions: Although electromagnetic fields emitted by VDTs can't induce DNA damage in women using VDTs, they may cause DNA damage in VDT users' embryo. Whether use of VDTs can result in adverse pregnancy outcomes needs further investigation.
