摘要
基本技能是护理训练中重要的组成部分 ,随着医学高科技的发展、现代仪器的应用 ,护理技术操作中的基本技能项目 ,尤其是一些基础护理项目已逐渐被人们所忽视。就目前护理现状进行分析 ,医院精简 ,军人护士逐年减少 ,聘用护士逐年增多 ,护理队伍趋于年轻化 ,给高科技条件下护理训练工作提出了新的课题。提示护理训练工作在高科技条件下应稳扎稳打 ,在提高护理人员护理技术科技含量的同时 ,切不可忘记基础环节中的根本———基本技能的训练。
Basic techniques are an important part of nursing training. Some basic techniques in manipulative training, especially some preclinical ones, are gradually neglected along with the development of medical technology and application of modern machine. At the same time, hospitals are conducting staff reduction, resulting in a decrease in military nurses' number, an increase in contract nurses' number and a younger team of nurses, which brings out a new topic for nursing training on high-tech conditions. Based on the accurate analysis of the present situation, the authors pointed out that nursing training should be carried out steadily and surely in such circumstance focusing on the basic technique training as well as the increase of contents in nursing techniques.
