摘要
目的 为排除其他成分的干扰 ,准确、快速地测定复方中药制剂三子散中的栀子苷。方法 大孔吸附树脂预处理样品 ,高效液相色谱法测定。结果 栀子苷峰面积积分值与进样量的回归方程为 :Y =15 0 1.5 2X - 5 .5 5 ,r =0 .9999,线性范围为 0 .13～ 2 .0 8μg。平均加样回收率 99.0 2 % ,RSD为 0 .89%。结论 大孔吸附树脂小柱预处理三子散中的栀子苷 ,结合高效液相色谱测定含量 ,色谱柱污染小 ,柱压低 ,分离度、专属性及重现性好。
Aim Gardenoside was determined in Sanzisan without other components' interference.Methods Samples were determined by macroporous absorption resin-high performance liquid chromatography(MAR-HPLC).Results Gardenoside's regression equation was Y=1 501.52X-5.55(r=0.999 9),linear range was 0.13～2.08μg,recovery rate was 99.02% with RSD 0.89%.Conclusion The MAR-HPLC method can be used for the quality control of Sanzisan.
