摘要
应用高效液相色谱法同时测定了栀子中京尼平甙和京尼平的含量。采用YWG -C18柱 ,0 0 5mol/L磷酸氢二钠—甲醇 ( 72∶2 8) ,用磷酸调节pH6 80为流动相 ,于 2 4 0nm波长处检测 ,京尼平甙和京尼平的平均加样回收率分别为 99 10 % ,98 2 8% ,RSD分别为 1 0 5% ,1 2 1% (n=5)。本法简单、准确。
A new method for the simultaneous determination of genooposide and genipin in Gardenia jasminoides Eills by reversed-phase high perfomance liquid chromatography was studied.The method used a YWG-C 18 column,0 05 mol/L di-sodium hydrogen phosphate-methanol(72∶28)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 0 ml/min with detection wavelengty at 240 nm.Retention times and recovery rates for geniposide and genipin were 6 33,9 49 min,and 99 10%,98 28%,respectively.The RSD of the results was 1 05% for geni...
