摘要
本文报道用穆斯堡尔谱详细研究聚乙炔通过掺杂FeCl_3后,掺杂物的状态随温度变化的动力学过程。当掺杂浓度为1%时,在室温谱中仅观测到FeCl_4^-和FeCl^(Δ-)(1<△<2);当掺杂浓度接近6%时,除上述络合物外,还存在FeCl_4^(2-)。当温度在室温和208K间变化时,这些络合物会部分地相互转化。
The 57Fe Mossbauer resonance has been applied to study the temperature dependence of dopant states in polyacetylene films doped with different amount of FeCl3. For the sample with 1% FeCL3, FeCL4- and FeCl4- (1<△<2) are observed at RT , while for that with 5.75% FeCl3, FeCl42- is also found. These components can transform from one to another when temperature changes in the range of RT to 208K.
