摘要
本文研究了利用双等离子源产生多种离子束以及它们的束流引出特性。并对氢、氦、氮、氩等气体产生的离子束进行了磁分析,测定了离子束的质谱。同时,对多电荷态离子的产生和束流发射度作了讨论。
The production of several kinds of intense beam and their characteristics of beam extraction from the duoplasmatron source are studied. The hydrogen, helium, nitrogen and argon beams thus produced were analyzed and their mass spectra were measured. A brief discussion on the production of multieharged ions in the duoplasmatron source and on the beam emittance was made as well.
