摘要
从八项管理原则的产生及意义入手 ,论述了运用“八项质量管理原则”企业获得的益处。提出了若要搞好一个企业 ,搞活一个企业 ,就必须采取一种系统的透明的方式对其进行管理 ,从质量管理、安全管理、财务管理、生产管理等几方面抓起 ,遵循“八项质量管理原则” ,从而使企业获得成功。
From production and meaning of eight item quality management principle,the paper discusses enterprise obtaining benefits after applying them,puts forward that an enterprise must be managed using a systematic and transparent form if it is done well and invigorated.An enterprise can obtain success emphasized from management of quality, safety, finance,production and so on,abiding by eight item quality management principle.
