摘要
通过对当前商业服务设施使用状况的了解 ,分析居住区商业服务设施规划设计中存在的问题和不足 ,并提出规划建设中面临的挑战。居民对居住区商业服务设施的需求已经有了很大变化 ,适时调整旧规范建立一套符合现状 。
By understanding using condition of commercial service facilities,the paper analyses existing problems and inadequacy in the planning and design of it in residential districts,puts forward the challenge in planning construction.The demand of residents for commercial service facilities in residential area have changed very great.It is no time to lose timely rejusting old normalization and erecting a new set of normalization which is according with status, is beneficial benign development of commerical service facilities construction of residential district in the period of economic transformation
