摘要
社会主义市场经济体制要求对城市规划的理论和方法作出相应的改革，这也涉及城市规划定额指标的改革．本文就改进城市规划定额指标的度量方法，增强其动态发展的特征等问题进行探讨，并提出合理化建议．
