The paper introduces design of residencial buildings in Hongwei housing estate, elaborates several aspects of reforming background, overall design, monomeric plane layout, design of building model and so on. The design of residencial building in all reaches that buildings cohere with green environment, its inter funtion zone is definite and rational, is ideal residencial design, and is fine products of modern buildings.
