摘要
随着经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对住宅楼设计的要求越来越高，传统的住宅楼设计理念主要针对住宅楼的基本使用功能，对住宅楼的节能环保和审美价值等方面却有所忽略，为了满足人们对住宅楼的新要求，我们应该特别注重住宅楼设计理念的创新。本文简要介绍了各国先进的住宅楼设计理念，并着重分析了住宅楼设计理念创新的趋势和注意事项。
With the rapid development of economy and imp- rovement of living standards, people are requiring more and more on residential building design. The traditional concept of residential building design mainly considers the basic use of functions for the residential building, ignoring energy-saving environmental protection and aesthetic value of the residential building. In order to meet the new requirements of the inno- vation of building, we should particularly focus on the design concept of residential building. This paper briefly introduced the most advanced design concept of residential building in many countries, and analyzed the innovation trend of design concept of house and the maters needing atention.
