摘要
在FX-100型核磁共振仪器上,将WEFT技术用于观察糖类化合物六元环结构中与氧原子直接联结的C_1上的α、β构型质子峰高的变化,从中获取糖类化合物在水溶液中的变旋行为信息,得到α、β构型的平衡时间,以及最后平衡浓度α、β各占的百分比;通过变旋的动力学过程,跟踪了一般~1H NMR无法观察到的C_2位质子峰的化学位移。
This paper desclbes the application of WEFT (water eliminated FT) 1H NMR to observe peak changes of the proton isomers, 1α and 1β, where carbon is connected directly to oxygen atom in carbohydrates with six-membered ring structure. The changeable optical rotation information was obtained from integral value of 1α and 1β peaks at different time. In the same way, the equilibrium time and last equilibrium percent concentration of 1α and 1β in aqueous solutions of glucose, lactose and galactose were also investigated. Finally, the C2-H chemical shifts in these solutions were traced through the dynamic process of the opti-cal rotation isomerization.
