摘要
随着健康观念和医学模式的转变 ,2 1世纪的护理人员将面对日益扩大的工作领域 ,将被赋予更多的责任 ,对其知识、技能提出了更高的要求。为了适应这一转变 ,高等护理教育课程设置要体现整体化和灵活性 ;增设社区健康护理、护理美学及优生、优育、遗传等边缘学科内容 。
With the changes of both the sense of health and the medical model, nursing staff of 21 century will face the day by day enlarged working field. They would be entrusted to more responsibility. Meantime, it will set higher demands on their knowledge and skills. To adapt to the change, we must reform the curriculum of college level nursing education currently in effect. To reflect the entirety and flexibility of the curriculum, we can add social health nursing education, eugenics, genetics and medical cosmetology etc. It will make the nursing education to meet the needs of people for health.
