摘要
本文报道高比活度氚标记γ-氨基丁酸的合成。[4,4-~3H]-γ-氨基丁酸是由β-氰基丙酸在乙醇溶液中催化氚化制得。β-氰基丙酸是通过用氯胺-T对谷氨酸氧化而得。产品的比度是1.51TBq/mmol,放化纯度大于95%。
[4,4-3H]-γ-amino butyric acid was fcrmed from theβ-cyano propionic acid by catalytic reduction in ethanol medium, using tritium gas. β-cyano propionic acid was prepared from glutamic acid by oxidization with chloramine-T. The specific activity of product was 1.51TBq/ mmol, while the radiochemical purity was over 95% by paper chromatography.
