以喹宁环酮催化氚化制得「３－＾３Ｈ」喹宁环醇，然后与１－苯基－１－环戊基环氧乙烷反应制香３－（２－苯基－２－环戊基－２－羟基乙氧基）「３－＾３Ｈ」喹宁环烷。产品放射性比活度为７４０ＴＢｑ／ｍｏｌ，放射化学纯度〉９５％。
For preparation Of 3-(2-phenyl-2-cyclopentyl-2-hydroxyethoxy) [ 3-3H] quinuclidine, firstly[3-3H]quinuclidol is prepared by catalytic tritiation of quinuclidone with PtO2. Then from the reactionof [3-3H]quinuclidol and l-phenyl-1-Cyclopentyl-cyclo ethane, the target product can be obtained.The specific activity is 740 TBq/mol, and the radiochemical purity is over 95%.
