以喹宁环酮催化氚化制得「3-^3H」喹宁环醇,然后与1-苯基-1-环戊基环氧乙烷反应制香3-(2-苯基-2-环戊基-2-羟基乙氧基)「3-^3H」喹宁环烷。产品放射性比活度为740TBq/mol,放射化学纯度〉95%。
For preparation Of 3-(2-phenyl-2-cyclopentyl-2-hydroxyethoxy) [ 3-3H] quinuclidine, firstly[3-3H]quinuclidol is prepared by catalytic tritiation of quinuclidone with PtO2. Then from the reactionof [3-3H]quinuclidol and l-phenyl-1-Cyclopentyl-cyclo ethane, the target product can be obtained.The specific activity is 740 TBq/mol, and the radiochemical purity is over 95%.
