Improved Synthesis of meso-Tetra ( m-hydroxyphenyl) chlorin

摘要 以吡咯和间羟基苯甲醛为原料缩合成环得 m- THPP,经水合肼还原得 m- THPBC,再经邻 -四氯苯醌氧化得光敏剂 m - THPC。 m THPP was synthesized from pyrrole and 3 hydroxybenzaldehyde. The new photosensitizer m THPC can be obtained via hydrazine hydrate reduction and o chloranil oxidation of m THPP.
