摘要
以氯乙酸和5-氟尿嘧啶为原料合成了标题化合物,产率81%,产品纯度99.57%。
5-Fluorouraeil-1-yl acetic acid was synthesized from chloroaeetic acid and 5-fluorouracil in 81% .vieht and 99.57% purity（by HPLC） .This synthetic method gave the merits such as cheapness of materials, simplification of manipulation.and high in broth yield and purity.
