摘要
分析二极管激光光凝和冷凝在巩膜扣带术中治疗视网膜脱离的临床应用。方法 :回顾分析 1998年 1月～ 1998年 12月我科在巩膜扣带术中利用二极管激光封闭视网膜裂孔的光凝组 30眼与冷凝封闭裂孔的冷凝组 37眼的孔源性视网膜脱离患者的临床效果。结果 :光凝组一次复位率 10 0 %。冷凝组一次复位率 97.3%。术后视力改善光凝组 2 5眼 ( 83.83% ) ,冷凝组 2 6眼( 70 .2 7% )。冷凝组术后出现 5例黄斑部视网膜前膜。结论 :二极管激光在巩膜扣带术中 ,治疗孔源性视网膜脱离和冷冻一样简单。
To compare the clinical results of diode photocoagulation and cryopexy in the scleral buckling of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods:To analyse the result of 30 eyes were treated with the diode laser and 37 eyes were treated with cryotherapy in 1998.Results:Retinal detachment repair in photothermal group has a anatomic success rate of 100% with one surgical procedure.Retinal detachment repair eyes with retinal cryopexy has a success rate of about 97 3% with one operation.The postoperative visual acuity of 25 eyes(83 33%)in photothermal group was impoved.The postopertive visual acuity of 26 eyes(70 27%)in cryogenic group was impoved.There were 5 eyes of postoperative macular pucker in cryogenic group.Conclusions:Treating the rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by diode laser photocoagulation in scleral buckling is simple and effective as cryopexy.
