摘要
随着眼科玻璃体切割技术的日臻完善,对Terson综合征的治疗也提出了一些新的观点。神经外科技术的发展使越来越多的蛛网膜下腔出血患者得以存活。现就Terson综合征的临床研究进展作一综述。
With the development of modem vitrectomy, some new ideas have been proposed concerning the treatment of Terson syndrome. Developed neurosurgery has offered more chances of survival to patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH）. Terson syndrome, as the initial presentation, has gained more and more attention from ophthalmologists, though strict guidelines for its treatment have not yet been established. The paper reviews the progress in the clinical researches of Terson syndrome.
