摘要
探讨解决缝线固定术后人工晶体倾斜的方法。方法 :选用板状襻的四个角各有一个小孔的可折叠式人工晶体 ,用聚丙烯缝线将其四个角均固定在睫状沟处的巩膜上。结果 :12例 ( 12眼 )病例中 ,8例矫视力为 1.0或更好 ,另 4例矫正视力也在 0 .5或以上 ,所有人工晶体均未见明显倾斜。较突出的并发症是术后初期虹膜、睫状体出血 ,但均能自行吸收。结论
To search for a technique to solve the problem of intraocular lens(IOL)tilting after trans scleral fixation.Methods:Plate haptic IOLs with one hole in each of their four corners were used.The four holes were trans sclerally fixed to the sulcus by Prolene sutures.Results:Postoperative corrected visual acuity was 0 5 or better in all cases.Eight of twelve casses obtained corrected visual acuity of 1 0 or better.No significant IOL tilt was detected.Conclusion:Four point trans scleral fixation technique is effective in solving the problem of IOL tilting.
