摘要
本文讨论了二期人工晶体植入术的适应证、手术方法及视力预后。方法：５１例５２只眼行二期人工晶体植入术，２８只眼为后房型人工晶体植入，其中８只眼为人工晶体缝线固定术；２４只眼为前房型人工晶体植入。结果：术后随访６～４２个月，平均１４个月，术后最佳矫正视力≥０．５者３４只眼（６５．４％），术后最佳矫正视力≥术前最佳矫正视力３９只眼（７５％）。并发症为人工晶体倾斜、继发性青光眼、视网膜脱离、前房出血和前房积脓。结论：二期人工晶体植入是安全有效的。新型弹性开放袢一体型前房型人工晶体具有操作简便、术后反应轻、并发症少的优点。
This study was to investigate the indication,surgical methods and visual acuity prognosis of se condary intraocular lens implantation,secondary intraocular lens implantation was performed on 51 patients(52 eyes).28 eyes received posterior chamber lenses. 8 of which had scleral suture fixation.24 eyes received one piece flexible open loop anterior chamber lenses.The best corrected postoperative visual acuity was≥0.5 in 34 eyes(65.4%)and the postoperative visual acuity was better than that of preoperation in 39 eyes(75%)during a follow up of 6 42 months with an average of 14 months.The complications included lens tilt,secondary glaucoma,retinal detachment,hyphema and hypopyon.Our results showed that secondary intraocular lens implantation was safe and effective.The use of one piece flexible open loop AC IOLs had the advantages of easy operation,slight postoperative reaction and less complication.
