摘要
目的 :通过 1994~ 1999年舟山市基本消灭疟疾后传疟媒介的监测研究 ,预测疟疾发病潜势。方法 :对按蚊种群生态观察。结果 :未发现嗜人按蚊 ,中华按蚊为舟山市唯一传疟媒介 ,且为非优势蚊种。中华按蚊传播间日疟的媒介能量与发病情况较为一致。自 1994年以来 ,其能量稳定地处在低水平。结论 :在目前本地疟疾病例极少情况下 ,若无大量传染源输入 ,蚊媒密度不发生大幅度上升 。
Objective:It was have through surveillance study on vector of malaria in the controlled areas in Zhoushan city, which was carried out from 1994 to 1999, to predict the potention energy of transmitting malaria.Methods:Observation on the population and ecology of Anopheles. Results: Anopheles sinensis was the only vector and was not Anopheles anthropophagus , nay. Anopheles sinensis was not dominant species. The fluctuation of it for transmission of P.virax was coincident with malaria incidence. The vector capacity has remained at a low level since 1994. Conclusion:No serious prevalance of malaria were found.
