摘要
根据1992~1994年湖南、福建等7个省、直辖市疟疾监测试点县媒介调查资料,试用Macdoneld(1957)提出的基本繁殖率公式,估算中华按蚊叮人率和媒介能量的临界值。结果表明在以中华按蚊为唯一媒介地区,当叮人率低于6.7或媒介能量低于0.44时,基本繁殖率很可能已降到临界值1.0以下。
The data based on vector survey conducted in the malaria surveillance areas of seven provinces and municipalities(Hunan and Fujian,et al)during 1992~1994 were calculated by using Macdonald formula(1957)to estimate the critical value of man biting rate and vectorial capacity. The results indicated that in areas where Anopheles sinensis was the only vector,when the man biting rate was less than 6.7 or the vectorial capacity less than 0.44, it was possible that the basic reproduction rate would be below the critical value 1.0.
