摘要
简要介绍一种改进的提取人体器官组织总 RNA的方法 ,该方法具有费用低 ,快速简便 ,重复性好的优点 ,提取的 RNA无 DNA等污染物 。
An improved method of total RNA extraction on human organs is reported. This method has a rapid, low cost and repeatable feature. RNA extracted by this method is not polluted by DNA and can meet the demands of research in gene expression.
