摘要
通过对引入的寒富等 6个抗寒苹果新品种及花红等 1 4个不同抗寒性的苹果品种的过氧化物酶同工酶谱分析 ,发现抗寒新品种均有 1条明显的抗寒酶带 ,抗寒性的强弱与该酶带的强弱一致 ,而其他抗寒品种另外还有 2条明显的抗寒酶带 ;不抗寒的品种没有明显的不抗寒酶带 .这种特性在枝条皮部、叶柄的酶谱分析中都是一致的 。
Peroxidase isoenzyne of 6 new apple variety with cold resistance and 14 apple variety with different cold resistance were analyzed.The results showed,there is a obvious enzyne belt in the new variety,weakness and strength of cold resistance is the same as enzyne belt,and there are 2 obvious enzyne belt in other variety.There is no obvions enzyne belt in the variety of no cold resistance.The characteristic is the same at shoot dermal、petiole,the stability is strong.
