摘要
总结当前国内配电网馈线自动化技术的发展状况 ,阐述了馈线自动化处理过程中故障检测、故障隔离与网络重构的基本要求 ,针对不同应用特点提出了 5种馈线自动化的技术实现策略 ,分别是带时限电压型自动分段方案、重合器方案、分层处理方案、FTU就地处理方案和保护式方案 ,对它们的故障处理时间、恢复供电时间和应用条件及技术特点进行了分析。
The domestic development situation of feeder automation (FA) technology of distribution power network is summed up and some basic requirements on fault detection, fault isolation and distribution network reconfiguration in FA processing are declared. Five FA technique strategies aimed at different applications are proposed. They are V-T auto-segment scheme, reclosing device scheme, layered processing scheme, local processing scheme and protection scheme with FTU. The time of fault processing and power supply restoration, application conditions and technique characteristics of these schemes are analyzed and compared.
