摘要
海南文昌配电网10 kV馈线开关分段率仅为2.34,故障发生时不能有效地将故障隔离。基于遗传算法的馈线最优分段模型,对文昌配电网10 kV馈线提出4种开关优化分段方案。可靠性及经济性分析显示最佳方案为方案3(分段开关数为3)。算例及工程应用结果表明所提出的算法有效可行。
When faults happen in Wenchang Network,it is hard for it to insulate the fault area as its section rate with 10 kV feeder switches is only 2.34.Based on the feeder sub-optimization model of genetic algorithm,this paper proposes four sub-optimization schemes for the 10 kV feeder switches.Among them the scheme 3(with 3 feeder switches) is the best one as shown by the cost-benefit analysis.Case studies and engineering application results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.
