摘要
根据输电性质的不同 ,提出了不同的输电电价计算方法。对于输送稳固功率的输电线路 ,应将输电线路投资所引起的各项费用连同输电线路的运行和管理费用都计入输电成本 ,并以此作为计算输电电价的基础。对于系统间的联络线 ,在输电电价中则计算输电设施可变损失的费用。以三峡电力系统中现有的一回直流输电线路和即将兴建的一回直流输电线路为例子 。
Different methods of transmission pricing are presented according to different kinds of transmission lines. For the transmission line to send firm power, all of the costs related to the investment and operation and management should be included in the transmission cost, which is the basis of transmission pricing. For the interconnection line between two systems, the cost of variable losses of transmission equipments should only be included in the transmission pricing. One excisting HVDC transmission line and one planned HVDC transmission line are examples to illustrate the differences of the proposed method of transmission pricing as compared with the current method.
