基于两步联盟博弈的输电网损耗分配方法 被引量:21

摘要 基于潮流解,将电源和负荷的功率等值成节点注入电流。设计了一种输电网损耗分配的两步对策。通过将联盟博弈的定义从实数扩展到复数,运用Shapley 值严格推导了将输电网损耗同时自然地分配给电源和负荷的精确解析方法。和已有方法相比,该文方法的主要特点是:损耗分配计算是直接解析的,简便、易于理解和实施,具有明确的经济学意义;损耗被自然地分解为对应各电源和负荷的分量;满足电路定律,无需任何假定与近似,计及了电源和负荷间、P-Q间的交叉影响;适应输电网任意复杂的潮流状况,平衡机、纯容性/感性无功电源和普通电源一样平等地分担电网损耗;同时向电源和负荷提供解析的经济激励信息。该文方法为输电成本的公正合理分配提供了一条全新的解析分析途径。 Based on a solved load flow, each source and load in a transmission system is modeled by its equivalent injection current source. A two-step cooperative game is specially designed to allocate the transmission losses to all sources and loads. By extending the definition of coalitional game from the range in the real numbers to the range in the complex numbers and using the Shapley value, an accurately analytical method for allocating transmission losses naturally and simultaneously to individual sources and loads is derived mathematically. The proposed method is of the following properties by comparison with the existing methods. It is directly analytical, concise, easy to understand and implement. It is meaningful economically. Network’s active and reactive losses are split naturally into fractions associated with each source and load. It satisfies all circuit laws, needs no assumptions and simplification, and takes into account the interactions between active and reactive powers. It is applicable for transmission systems with any complicated load flow conditions. The slack generator and pure capacitive/inductive sources are allocated losses equivalently with other generators. It provides efficiently the economic incentives to both source and loads. The proposed method gives a completely novel and analytical way for transmission cost fair and rational allocation.
