摘要
对辽宁电网电力市场技术支持系统的总体构成、功能模块、网络结构、软硬件配置做了总体介绍。辽宁电力市场技术支持系统实现了网络连接、网络设备和服务器的完全备份方案 ,该系统与原有的能量管理系统 ( EMS)无缝集成 ,并利用 EMS的安全约束调度软件实现了闭环安全校核自动生成发电计划的功能。
The general architecture,network structure,hardware and software configuration of L iaoning power m arket operator system are introduced. Itimplements absolute backup of network connection,network equipmentand servers,and it is integrated with energy m anagem ent system EMS seamlessly.The security constrained generation scheduling can be built autom atically by the security analysis function of EMS in close loop m ode.
