本文阐述了取代卤素锑系阻燃覆铜板新的阻燃体系 ,以及环保型酚醛纸基覆铜板 (FR- 1、FR- 2 )、环氧玻璃布基覆铜板 (FR- 4)、复合基覆铜板的开发思路和发达国家对相关标准的制定情况。
The tractate introduces the ideas of developing nonhalogen and nonstibium flame resistant phenolic paper base laminate,composites base laminate and FR4 laminate.The standards of environment protective copper-clad laminate in industrialized countries are also introduced.
