摘要
文中就难浸出矿石最佳浸出设备的设计等基础理论进行了研究。结果显示 ,采用悬浮分级模型提高了颗粒悬浮速度的分析和计算精度。通过串联釜模型参数与物料返混的对应关系 ,预测了反应器的设计参数。应用该文所建立的系列流动模型 ,可以较准确合理地描述浸出过程的流体力学特征 ,为设计新型的液固系料浆反应器提供依据。
Some basic theories on the optimum design of refractory ore digestion equipment were investigated.The results show that using suspension grade(SG) model makes the calculation and analysis results of the suspension velocity of particle more accurate.According to the measure results of special parameter (n) of reactors in series,the back mixing in slurry in reactors can be characterized.As a result,the design parameters of reactor can be estimated. The experiment results show that the model for slurry flow given in this paper can be used for describing the hydrodynamic mechanism of various present digestion reactors or design of new generation of digestors or reactors for solid particles liquid reaction systems.
