Influence of additives on sintering and hydration resistance of dolomite

摘要 研究了钢渣、Al2 O3、Fe2 O3 及复合稀土氧化物对白云石烧结及抗水化性的影响。发现它们都在一定程度上促进了白云石的烧结 ,并提高了其抗水化性。其中以添加复合稀土氧化物的效果最好 ,而其他几种添加剂的作用基本相同。考虑成本及环境因素 ,选择钢渣还是可取的。添加剂中的Fe2 O3、Al2 O3等与CaO反应生成C2 S、C4 AF、C2 A、C3A等物质 ,但仍有游离CaO存在 。 The influences of converter slag,Fe 2O 3,Al 2O 3 and composite rare earth oxide on the sintering and hydration resistance of dolomite were studied.It was found that the additives mentioned above improved the sinterability and hydration resistance.The composite rare earth oxide had the most important effect, and the effects of slag, Fe 2O 3 and Al 2O 3 were almost the same.Considering the cost and environment protection,converter slag may be the first choice.The additives reacted with CaO forming C 3S,C 2S,C 4AF,C 2A,C 3A during sintering.Some of free CaO existed which may react with impurities in molten steel to purify steel.
