摘要
以菱镁矿、白云石为原料,采用一步法合成了镁钙砂。合成砂的MgO为78%,CaO>18%。重点讨论了添加Fe2O3、Al2O3对合成砂抗水化性的影响。结果表明,这两种添加剂均可以促进MgO、CaO的晶体发育,改善烧结体的显微结构,提高MgO-CaO系材料的抗水化性。
In this experiment, natural magnesite and dolomite were used in synthesising high-calcium magnesite(MgO =78 %, CaO> 18 % )clinker with one stage calcination. The effect of Fe2O3、 Al2O3 additives on the hydration resistanceof synthetic clinker were mainly studied. Experimental result indicated that: by the additions of Fe2O3、 Al2O3, thegrowth of periclase and lime can be improved, the microstructure of clinker would be better, the hydration resistance ofMgO-CaO system materials were enhanced.
